Travelling to Dublin![]() Dublin is so easy to get to. There are direct flights to Dublin from all major European cities and from the USA and Middle East. Dublin is the base for the low fares airline Ryan air and the national airline Aer Lingus also offers excellent low price flights. London, Amsterdam and Paris are only 55 minutes away by air.
Medical InsuranceAll students should obtain medical insurance in their own country before departure and students are recommended to take out travel insurance. If you take medicines directed by your doctor you may wish to bring these medicines with you to Ireland. You should also let LCI know if you have a medical condition. VisasStudents from EU countries do not need a visa to enter Ireland. Students from non-EU countries may need a student visa and should check with their nearest Irish Embassy before travelling. Working In IrelandStudents studying for more than 25 weeks on recognised full time courses can now work in Ireland part-time (20 hours a week) without a work permit. |
